I’m so glad that fall is here! The colors and smells of autumn are a welcome change from summer as the annuals and perennials die back and the giant ginkgo tree becomes a brilliant yellow for a very short time.
Listen to the article here:
It’s been a really active summer for me, my favorite part was an incredible trip to Greece with several of my long-distance swimming friends. We met up in Athens, and took a ferry to a tiny island in the Aegean Sea called Milos. We spent our days on a sailboat, finding lots of caves and rock formations to swim in and around while enjoying absolutely crystal clear waters, and a golden Mediterranean sun. By evening, we filled our hungry bellies with Greek delights in beachfront restaurants (literally, the tables and chairs were ON the sand!) in the summer beach town of Pollonia.

Talk about a sensual experience! The sport of open-water swimming is such a ‘whole body’ experience, which is one of the reasons I like it so much. First of all, it takes both your arms and legs to swim, and breathing has to be rhythmic. Being in the water (wearing hardly anything!) means that the entire surface of your skin is engaged in the activity too. The only sense that we don’t usually use too much is vision since waters are generally not super clear everywhere. But in this part of the Mediterranean, you could see all the way down over 100 ft. to the bottom of the sea! Talk about sensory overload!
The people you meet in the open-water swimming world are some of the best people in the world, and I think it’s because by being a swimmer, they are very sensual people who are AWARE of their bodies, and in my experience they are generally very kind and happy people because of it.
It’s this type of body-awareness and appreciation that I think everyone can benefit from! Not that everyone needs to become a long-distance open-water swimmer, but by leaning into our senses, and becoming sensually and erotically alive we can access happiness and pleasure at a deep level that many people do not or cannot. Breathing exercises and plenty of touch, along with the sensual pleasures of food, art, and music are easily available, but are often not appreciated because we are “too busy” with the demands of our lives.
I invite you to spend some time luxuriously experiencing your senses. Find sensuality and eroticism in as many aspects of your life as you can to find happiness and pleasure in the moment so that the healing power of Eros continues to burn like an internal flame inside the cave of your heart.

Become a Multi-Orgasmic Man | January 8, 2026
Ejaculation and Orgasm are not the same thing!
They tend to happen at the same time, but they are separate body experiences.
Join me for a 90 minute playshop where we will talk about and dive into experiencing what’s possible when we approach our bodies with new curiosity.
Learn about easy techniques to experience your body in a new way and then practice and ask questions in a space held with exploration and learning in mind, where you can leave shame and judgement behind. You get to decide how much to share ‘on-camera’.
This guided self-pleasure practice will involve breathing practices, movement, and instructive self-touch. Our goal is to connect with orgasmic energy that can be experienced throughout the body- not just the cock and balls.
This is an opportunity to develop a deeper connection with your own Eros and create a self-pleasure practice that is separate from “typical masturbation”
This playshop is designed to pair with my weekly Erotic Self-Pleasure Practice that begins the following Thursday (1/15). By attending this learning session, you’ll level up your pleasure during the weekly practice time because there is time for Q&A.
